Fatal tanker crash still a mystery

Witness says driver was ‘flopping around’ in cab when accident occurred

GALLUP — In the wake of a horrendous crash late Friday morning that took the life of one person and injured three others, New Mexico State Police investigators are still trying to figure out what caused a tanker-trailer truck to go wildly out of control on U.S. Highway 491 and smash into an office building.
